The hotel provided comfortable, immaculate rooms, provided filling and delicious breakfasts and the staff were unstintingly helpful. In addition, the hotel was well located - the main reason we selected it - being a short ten minute walk from the town centre and a similar distance from the pleasant Valley Mills park.

It doesn't look much from the outside, but once you enter it's a whole different level. Rooms are spacious, very very clean. Bed sheet changed every day, also the towels. The breakfast is excellent, great variety - I recommend getting breakfast. It is 10 minutes walking from Central park, and has nice restaurants and wineries close by.

The hotel better than I saw in the pictures. Location is good. There is a traditional restaurant across the hotel and a supermarket takes 2 minutes by walking. Large rooms and comfort bed and bathroom, a delicious breakfast with sufficient variety.

A Very Clean New Hotel

Good location in downtown Chișinău. A better hotel than some in European capitals. Close to eating places (Sincer, Sisters, and Panadero cafés on nearby Eminescu Street). Oliva Verde restaurant is jusy across the street. The grocery store is within 1 minute walk. Clean and air-conditioned room. Good shower. Friendly staff. Good coffee is available in the lobby bar upon request (50 MDL).

Amazing experience at the Ambassador Hotel

A very luxurious hotel in the city center, probably the most elegant and cleanest I have stayed in in recent years in Chisinau. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor, with an exceptional view over the city. I highly recommend it.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Hotel Ambassador Chișinău. Locația este excelentă, aproape de centrul orașului, ceea ce face ușor accesul la principalele atracții. Camerele sunt foarte spațioase, paturile mari și confortabile, iar saltelele sunt de o calitate excelentă, oferind un somn odihnitor. Curățenia este impecabilă, un aspect pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult. Personalul este extrem de prietenos și dispus să ofere informații utile despre oraș și împrejurimi. Wi-Fi-ul funcționează perfect, fără probleme de conexiune. Am avut loc de parcare în curtea interioară, dar aceasta nu este foarte mare, așa că nu știu dacă ar putea acomoda mai mulți clienți cu mașini. Hotelul oferă un discount de 10% la un restaurant italian partener aflat în apropiere. Totuși, am preferat să încercăm restaurantele tradiționale din zonă pentru a ne bucura de bucătăria locală. În concluzie, Hotel Ambassador Chișinău este o alegere foarte bună pentru cei care caută confort, curățenie și o locație centrală. Cu siguranță aș reveni!

Staff members are all English speaker ( flaunt ) it was very easy to communicate with all of them. Reception is open 24/7 and they really answered the phone even i called at 3 am. Rooms are super clean and super lighted and very comfortable bed. Location is great, quiet, parking and close to everything what i was needed

I loved that the staff was very well trained and polite, willing to help with information etc, and willing to help with the early check-in. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also excellent 9 walking distance from the very centre of Chisinau). The breakfast was also excellent -it pretty much had all options covered, from fruit to vegetables and meat.

Завтраки не брала. Персонал профессиональный, услужливый . . Есть несколько нюансов , которые можно доработать. Я бы выбрала этот отель для следующей поездки.

Am apreciat in primul rand curățenia exemplară și locația centrala. Exista locuri de parcare în fata hotelului, fara probleme dimineața și seara, în timpul zilei puțin mai aglomerat. Micul dejun variat și bun, mici varietăți de la o zi la alta., Patul a fost mare și confortabil și zilnic a fost făcută curățenie. Semnal wifi puternic în tot hotelul și sistem performant de climatizare.

Salonul ofera un ambient foarte placut, am apreciat atentia deosebita la fiecare detaliu, curatenia, florile, muzica discreta foarte potrivita. Sejurul nostru de 4 nopti a insemnat prima vizita in Republica Moldova, cu ocazia Zilei Nationale a Vinului. Ne bucuram ca am avut inspiratia si norocul sa alegem acest hotel amplasat aproape de centrul orasului, la 10-15 minute de mers pe jos. Hotelul este nou, elegant, totul de calitate, foarte bine administrat, cu oameni frumosi, profesionisti, amabili si respectuosi care ofera servicii de calitate, este curatenie peste tot. Multumim fetelor de la receptie pentru toate informatiile oferite si nu in ultimul rand pentru zambetul cu care ne intampinau de fiecare data cand ieseam sau intram in hotel. Camera ce ne-a fost repartizata era linistita, spatioasa, curata, luminoasa, cu mobilier si mocheta de calitate, lenjerie de calitate, totul functional si confortabil.

Excellent, spotless place to stay in Chisinau

Due to the location, close to my company's office, on the beautiful street with restaurants, supermarket, bars (I think there is even a theatre on this street) - it is my 3rd time when I stayed here. The room are super spacious, I particularly like the one with balcony, bathroom the same - spacious (not with balcony:))) Staff is very nice and helpful - I am feeling welcome all the time. Breakfast - although sometimes not varied enough, is decent.

As comfy as home!

I informed the hotel of my check-in time which was at 7 a.m., after an overnight flight, and they drew the curtains and left the air-con on for me. They also made a bespoke note of the English TV channels which they gave me at check-in. The room (and the bathroom) was very spacious and the air-con worked well on a 36-degree day. There was a huge selection of food for breakfast and I felt very much spoiled!

Good value for money with good access to downtown.

Hotel is situated in the downtown, in a recently built building. The interior is very clean, in a classical style. Staff at reception, particularly Cristina and Oxana, were very helpful, provided info tips and explained where to go. I noticed a concert poster on the second date of my stay on one of the streets and Oxana helped me to purchase the concert ticket. Rooms and shower were clean, regularly cleaned and sheets changed. Free Wi-Fi works fast. Optional break fast (price - $11) is highly recommended. Big variety of food to choose from, several types of coffee (coffee machine), tea and local wine, and seasonal fruits. Hotel provides laundry and ironing services. My clothes were washed, ironed and returned on the same day. On the opposite side of the street from the hotel there is a cafe cooking Moldovan cuisine (La Seazatoare) and Oliva (pizza and pasta). 40-50 m far from the hotel is a supermarket Nr 1, where you can buy whatever needed. Government offices and embassies are 10-15 minutes far on foot. Overall, great and calm place worth of its money.
