If it were possible, it deserves more than 5 stars. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, and well illuminated. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was tasty. The best part was the hotel staff — truly professional and friendly. They served me drinks (and even my own wine) late at night and we had really nice conversations as well. I'll remember this visit my entire life. Thank you.

The hotel provided comfortable, immaculate rooms, filling and delicious breakfasts, and the staff were unstintingly helpful. In addition, the hotel was well located — the main reason we selected it — being a short ten-minute walk from the town centre and a similar distance from the pleasant Valley Mills park.

Quite central location, upscale feel, close to good restaurants and sights, great room. Tasty breakfast. We added a second night. Staff helped us out with laundry in a pinch.

Friendly staff, cleanliness and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home; from my own experience as I travel for work, an important aspect is the excellent Wi-Fi both in the room and on the premises. I will definitely come back on the next occasion... We thank the staff and management of this location for providing professional service for the comfort of the customer.
I love this hotel
A welcoming hotel, with warm, smiling staff, attentive to the needs of tourists. The room was very clean, elegant, equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The deluxe room is excellent! It's a pity there is no kettle, no coffee machine. The staff are very attentive, the service is at a high level! The breakfasts are tasty. The hotel was better than it looked in the pictures. The location is good. There is a traditional restaurant across from the hotel and a supermarket a 2-minute walk away. Large rooms and a comfortable bed and bathroom, a delicious breakfast with sufficient variety.

The Oliva Verde restaurant is just across the street. The grocery store is within a one-minute walk. Clean, air-conditioned room. Good shower. Friendly staff. Good coffee is available at the lobby bar upon request (50 MDL).

A very luxurious hotel in the city center, probably the most elegant and clean one I have stayed in in recent years in Chisinau. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor, with an exceptional view over the city. I highly recommend it.

The facility is nice, quiet, located in a peaceful place and very close to the center. I generally reached the center on foot. On the return, because I had some things in my hands, I took the bus. There are a few bus stops nearby; opposite it there is an nr1 market. The sheets were changed every day. The hotel staff were very helpful.

I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Ambassador Chișinău. The location is excellent, close to the city center, which makes it easy to access the main attractions.
The rooms are very spacious, the beds large and comfortable, and the mattresses are of excellent quality, providing a restful sleep. Cleanliness is impeccable, an aspect I appreciated very much.
The staff is extremely friendly and willing to provide useful information about the city and the surroundings. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, with no connectivity issues.
I had a parking space in the inner courtyard, but it is not very large, so I don't know if it could accommodate many guests with cars.
The hotel offers a 10% discount at a nearby partner Italian restaurant. However, we preferred to try the traditional restaurants in the area to enjoy the local cuisine.
In conclusion, Hotel Ambassador Chișinău is a very good choice for those looking for comfort, cleanliness and a central location. I would definitely return!

There was no breakfast; they prepared a good lunch to take on the road because of the early departure.

All staff members are English speakers (they flaunt it); it was very easy to communicate with them. Reception is open 24/7 and they really answered the phone even when I called at 3 a.m. Rooms are super clean, very well lit, and the bed is very comfortable.

I simply fell in love with this place. Very clean and very chic. The hotel staff was very kind. Even though I stayed only one night, I felt pampered by everything around me. I felt at home. I warmly recommend it.
I loved that the staff were very well trained and polite, willing to help with information etc., and willing to help with the early check-in. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also excellent 9 walking distance from the very centre of Chisinau). The breakfast was also excellent -it pretty much had all options covered, from fruit to vegetables and meat.

The location is very good, with many cafés and restaurants around. I had a suite, spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. There is parking. I didn't have breakfast. The staff are professional and helpful.

I appreciated, first of all, the exemplary cleanliness and the central location. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel, with no problems in the morning and evening; it is a bit busier during the day. The breakfast was varied and good, with small variations from one day to another. The bed was large and comfortable, and cleaning was done daily. Strong Wi‑Fi signal throughout the hotel and an efficient air conditioning system.

Due to the location, close to my company's office, on the beautiful street with restaurants, supermarket, bars (I think there is even a theatre on this street) - it is my 3rd time when I stayed here. The rooms are super spacious, I particularly like the one with a balcony, bathroom the same - spacious (not with balcony :))). Staff is very nice and helpful - I am feeling welcome all the time. Breakfast - although sometimes not varied enough, is decent.

I notified the hotel of my check-in time, which was 7 a.m. after an overnight flight, and they drew the curtains and left the air conditioning on for me. They also made a bespoke note of the English TV channels and gave it to me at check-in. The room (and the bathroom) was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked well on a 36-degree day. There was a huge selection of food for breakfast, and I felt very spoiled!
The hotel is situated in the downtown, in a recently built building. The interior is very clean, in a classical style. The reception staff, particularly Cristina and Oxana, were very helpful, provided information and tips, and explained where to go. I noticed a concert poster on the second day of my stay on one of the streets, and Oxana helped me purchase the concert ticket.
Rooms and the shower were clean; they were cleaned regularly and the sheets were changed. Free Wi-Fi works fast. The optional breakfast (price - $11) is highly recommended. There is a wide variety of food to choose from, several types of coffee (coffee machine), tea and local wine, and seasonal fruits.
The hotel provides laundry and ironing services. My clothes were washed, ironed and returned the same day.
On the opposite side of the street from the hotel there is a cafe serving Moldovan cuisine (La Seazatoare) and Oliva (pizza and pasta). 40–50 m from the hotel there is a supermarket No. 1, where you can buy whatever you need. Government offices and embassies are a 10–15 minute walk away.
Overall, a great and calm place worth the money.
